Pre Site Visit and Planning
Loomis Excavating takes pride on visiting each site with the customer to get a better idea of the project scope and how best to provide services within the customers desired timeframe. By open dialogue and proactive communication, combined with modern technology such as drone mapping and elevated pictures, Loomis Excavating strives to provide a clear and accurate description of what your process will look like from start to finish.
Plan Development
Upon reaching an agreement on the scope of the project, Loomis Excavating will work with the customer to secure any permits and site plans necessary based upon local requirements. In addition, Loomis Excavating will walk the customer thru the steps to have underground utilities located prior to work beginning.
Earthwork
Once plans are complete to your specifications, permits are obtained, and utilities are located, work on the project can begin. Loomis Excavating strives to work around weather to ensure timely completion with as minimal impact on surrounding areas as possible.
